Introduction
Human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells (hUC-MSC) have the potential for multidirectional differentiation, and can be induced to differentiate into osteoblasts, adipocytes, and chondrocytes under certain conditions in vitro. In 2006, the International Society for Cellular Therapy (ISCT) determined that these three test indicators are mandatory for MSC identification. Current MSC-based research reports will identify these three indicators.
In order to facilitate scientific research users to identify the differentiation ability of MSCs, ACE Biolabs carefully optimized the Mesenchymal Stem Cell Osteogenic Differentiation Kit, which includes the osteogenic induction culture system and the staining solution required for cell identification, so that users can stably and effectively identify the differentiation potential of hUC-MSC.
