Introduction
Ham's F-10 is a medium designed by Ham for serum-free culture of CHO cells in 1963. Ham's F-10 contains rich nutrients and is suitable for the cultivation of human diploid cells, the cloning of cells under low serum conditions, normal culture of mammalian cells, chromosome analysis of white blood cells, and primary cell culture of rats, rabbits, chickens and other animals.
This product contains amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts and other ingredients required for cell culture, but does not contain protein, lipids or growth factors, so it needs to be used with serum or serum-free additives.
