| Introduction | LB Broth EasyMIX is a pre-mixed, convenient dry granular formulation.
Simply add 12.5g (1 bag) of powder in 500 mL of distilled or deionized water. After autoclaving the LB Broth Medium, it forms a clear, light yellow medium. LB Broth is used for the cultivation and maintenance of recombinant strains of Escherichia coli and is suitable for routine cultivation of microorganisms. |
