Introduction
1. It does not contain serum and heterologous components to avoid the toxic effect of serum on cells and the risk of serum-derived contamination.
2. The density of cryopreserved cells is 1*106-107 cells/ml. Non-program cooling, the recovery rate of cells stored at -80℃ is more than 80%; program cooling, and finally the cell recovery rate is more than 90% when stored in liquid nitrogen.
3. Store at -20℃ in the dark to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. The validity period is 12 months. After unsealing under sterile conditions, it is stored at 4℃ and the validity period is 6 months.
