| Introduction |
TB Dry Powder is specifically designed to give high yields of low copy plasmids and extremely high yields of high copy plasmids. The media is pH stabilized to increase bacterial growth and produce higher yields of plasmid DNA. It is formulated to increase cell density by as much as 4-7 times over cultures grown in standard LB Broth. |
