TUNEL BrightGreen Apoptosis Detection Kit

General Information

Overview	The TUNEL BrightGreen Apoptosis Detection Kit is designed to detect DNA fragmentation, which represents a characteristic of late stage apoptosis. Based on a terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase (TdT) mediated dUTP Nick End Labeling (TUENL) method. This kit utilizes an optimized FITC-12-dUTP TUNEL Assay to provide simple, accurate, and rapid detection of apoptotic cells.
